Judgement reflection

Today I just want to achieve a weekly email message from Molly Patrick (https://cleanfooddirtygirl.com), who I started receiving Saturdays newsletter a few months ago. I find her message every week interesting and intriguing.

Here is one for last Saturday:

You know…

When someone judges another person, that judgment is a reflection of something that feels inadequate in the person doing the judging.

This is great news.

This means if someone is judging you, you can let that shit go real quick because whatever they are judging you for is something that they need to work on or come to peace with within themselves. It’s not about you.

It also means that if you find yourself being judgy, you have a roadmap of the exact areas to explore and heal within yourself.

We all make judgments sometimes; it’s part of the package deal of being human. But when we use our judgments as an invitation to guide us and grow, we will have more peace and love on the inside and less hatred and heartache out there.

If you want to do a little exploration today, follow my lead over here

Have a beautiful weekend, my friend.

Molly
